Mindset is key to MASTERING your chronic pain
May 06, 2021I hope you watched the video in the last blog about how it only takes 6 seconds of thinking about something for that to become a new belief. Crazy...right?!?!
One of the tricks I do to reset my mindset everyday is before I get out of bed in the morning, when I'm waking up, all warm and cozy under the covers, I think of a positive affirmation. I say in over and over again inside my head for about a minute (remember...it only takes 6 seconds). Then I get up and start my day.
What a difference that makes throughout the day! Think of how many paths you cross in a day and how your positive mindset may help someone else.
