A lot of people have the misconception that massage therapy is a luxury and is only done while at a spa on vacation. WRONG! That is a myth!
In fact...massage therapy is a very effective natural solution for mastering chronic pain. It goes right to the fascia. And if done regularly, will help your body to heal.โ There is a lot of research being done on the fascia and how it is connected to chronic pain. The fascia can become dry and dehydrated causing constriction on ALL of the soft tissues that it surrounds. One of the ways to release and relax the fascia, is through massage therapy.
Massage therapy is one of my go to treatments that I DO NOT compromise on. I get a massage every 2 weeks. And it's not just a massage, I get myofascial release.
