⠀
Releasing your fascia is not the same as stretching your muscles. Remember your fascia surrounds everything including your muscles, muscle bundles, and all the way down to your muscle fibers. The fascia is supposed to glide smoothly and move as you move. But, when adhesions form between the layers of the fascia, movement is constricted and can even be painful.
Releasing your fascia with these simple techniques can be done in about 10 minutes a day. When done after exercising, your recovery will be faster and you will have less soreness.
PRO tip:
Release your fascia first after exercising, then stretch your muscles.
