How to use these tools for sciatica pain

Sciatica can be a very painful condition resulting in severe pain, effecting your daily life.  Understanding the root cause of sciatica will determine a plan of care for you.  So if experiencing it, I highly recommend seeing a doctor to try and determine if it is coming from your back (bulging or herniated discs), your pelvis (SI joints dysfunction), or your soft tissue (fascia).  Sciatica can be caused by an adhesion in your fascia and this video will show you possible techniques to try to break apart the adhesion improving your movement and pain.

Using these tools in the correct way will break that adhesion apart.

1. Start by releasing the fascia in your feet with MELT Method foot treatment.
2. Use a soft foam roller for targeted fascia release.
3. You can also use a tennis ball.
