Chronic pain hack: Part 32

First of all…OUCH!

I don’t like missing out on life because of a little injury.

Although a sprained ankle starts off as a soft tissue injury, it ultimately ends up being a misalignment issue.⠀

There are many bones in the foot and ankle that can be shifted out of place.  This will often make you feel like your ankle is never quite right.  Like something is catching or your ankle just doesn't move the same way as before.  This misalignment makes you weak and prone to spraining your ankle again and again.

So how do you fix this?

Go to the chiropractor and ask to have the Talus Bone realigned.  It's very simple actually and will give you relief and get you on the path to healing immediately.

After having sprained my ankle many times, here’s my protocol for healing fast.

I’m talking day versus weeks to months.

After you confirm there are no broken bones:

  1. Go to the chiropractor to have the Talus bone put back into place
  2. Use KT tape to hold everything in alignment and offload the pressure on the strained ligaments
  3. Use MELT Method foot treatment to break apart any adhesions that may have formed
  4. Do theraband exercises to strengthen the ankle and prevent future falls

Cheers!
