Do you have plantar fasciitis?

healing hot tips melt method Dec 30, 2021

It's amazing how the what is going on with your feet can cause the issues with your back!

I'm fascinated by the human body (if you haven't noticed yet).

Everything is connected.

When your feet are misaligned, it causes a ripple effect all the way up to your head.

Plantar fasciitis is basically a tendonitis in the bottom of your foot.  The bones in your arch are not supported correctly causing them to "fall" and put pressure on the plantar fascia.  The plantar fascia connects to your heel bone.  That pressure can cause a chronic inflammation inside your body leading to calcification (bone spur).

OUCH!

So what do you do about it?

1.  Correct the alignment with arch supports
2.  Release the fascia in the bottoms of your feet daily to increase mobility and reduce inflammation
3.  Use high quality essential oils on the bottoms of your feet for a healthy inflammatory response

How do I know all this?

I have it too.  The issues with my feet are what made me retire from ballet.

Have a great day!
