KT Tape, or kinesiotape, is your secret weapon.
Here’s what you need to know:
- 2 full length pieces of KT Tape.
- Cut 1 piece in half rounding the edges.
- Find the dimples in the back of your pelvis.
- Place the long piece across the back of the pelvis with about 80% stretch.
- Place the small pieces at an angle from the center down towards the hip.
It’s that easy!
Of course the tape goes on your skin and not over yoga pants.
