It’s a fascia problem!
Your shin muscle can become tight from exercising and pulls on the fascia that connects the muscle to the bone.
The fascia is full of nerve cells and when it's being compressed, inflamed, or being pulled on, this is what is causing you pain. All those nerves cells get irritated!
Has anyone every explained it to you like this before?
