Imaging if you couldn’t go to the bathroom and do that #1 or #2???

You’re body is not meant to hold onto toxicity.

Negative thoughts feeling and emotions are toxic to your body and if you hold on to them, can make you ill or cause pain.

Tips to break the cycle:

  1. Change your scenery. Go for a walk outside and breathe in the fresh air.
  2. Journal that negativity out. Take that piece of paper, tear it up and throw it away.
  3. Practice positive affirmations daily to start your day off in a better mindset.
  4. Practice taking the fear out of the pain you feel. Realize that you are safe.


Sometimes this isn’t enough and you may need a little extra help.

Recognizing this in yourself takes great strength.

Getting in with a specialist may be what you need, especially if you have flashbacks to a negative time in your life whenever you feel pain.

This may be a form of PTSD.
