Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength.

What I mean is, you know your limits.

When going through your chronic pain journey, you may realize that past traumas are contributing, and you may need professional help changing those negatives into positive.

It might be a very scary thing for you to do, because no one wants to talk about the past.

I know all about it. I suppressed my trauma for 15 years. Until I couldn’t anymore. I had to face it.

I’m so thankful I did. I still have damage to my body, but I no longer feel the pain from it.

You can get here too. It’s a wonderful place to be.
