Can trauma cause chronic pain?

6 seconds healing mindset is key Jul 21, 2022

Simply put...YES!

Watch this video to the end for a HUGE, surprise testimonial.

We'll talk about how past traumas whether physical, emotional, or mental can cause chronic pain.

It's all about how our body responds to stress.  The biochemical pathways inside the brain and body are the same.  Your brain does not know the difference between stressors, it always reacts the same way.

Do you ever have a past memory, flashbacks from a traumatic event?  Maybe your were injured and it was a powerful life or death moment and the accident left you with chronic pain.  Or maybe you weren't in an accident, but were abused physically in your past.  Are you remembering those moments?

Our memories and emotions from that moment will trigger a new belief.  Have you ever noticed if you move wrong and get that little twinge of pain, that you are now remembering the moment you were hurt from years ago?  That is exactly what I'm talking about here.

You have the power to change your emotional response to the pain you feel.

Watch the video for more explanation.

Here's to pain-free living!
