To help your knee joint function correctly, stretch the muscle groups above and below the knee.

  1. Calf stretch
  2. Quad stretch
  3. Hamstring stretch
  4. Pigeon stretch
  5. Melt method foot treatment

Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds, repeat 2-3 times.

These stretches are best after you have used a soft foam roller to break apart the adhesions in the fascia.
