5 tips to conquer knee pain

I’m betting you or someone you know is suffering from knee pain.
My best advice to you is don’t delay in getting help.
- Get to the doctor and get a diagnosis. If you have ligament damage, you may need surgery
- For minor knee pain, rest and give your body a chance to heal and the inflammation to come down.
- Now it’s time to assess the root cause of your knee pain.
It’s usually because there is weakness somewhere in your body and you’ve been compensating.
It’s time to move and strengthen the areas above and below the knee.
- Wearing a brace or using KT tape can be very supportive in holding the knee in correct alignment while your are strengthening those weak areas.
- Is plantar fasciitis the root cause of your pain? What if all you needed to do was wear good, supportive shoes.
After all, what goes on in our feet causes a ripple effect all the way up our body.
