It’s hard, when you hurt so bad that the pain consumes your thoughts.

Did you ever consider that you may be “thinking” yourself into pain?

The mind is a powerful thing and shifting your mindset a bit might help you break the cycle.

I have 5 tips to help you with this:

  • rephrase your inner voice
  • break down you tasks into smaller chunks
  • celebrate the small wins
  • create a vision board
  • set goals and write them down
