Plantar fasciitis is a misalignment issue.
The plantar fascia is the connective tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot from the toes to the heel supporting the arch.
The bones in the arch fall putting pressure on the plantar fascia causing increased pressure, inflammation and pain.
How does the arch fall?
Poor fitting shoes, injury, or standing on your feet all day.
These exercises will help strengthen your foot alleviating the pressure on your plantar fascia.
