How many times have you fallen after spraining your ankle?

Personally…too many times to count! last one was a doozy as I completely dislocated my elbow.

Time to get the feet, ankles, and legs strong again.

Follow along with these 10 easy thera band exercises.

Be sure to do at least 10 per set and do 2-3 sets per day.

As you get stronger, change out your thera band for more resistance.  (Thera bands come in multiple colors that all coincide with resistance.)
